The payment layer for veterinary care

Every treatment plan gets a payment path.

The payment conversation moves from the counter to the pet owner's phone. Private, clear, no dead ends.

They shouldn't have to do the math in front of a line.

A $1,400 estimate. A sick dog in the back. A receptionist improvising through brochures while an owner works out what they can afford, in front of whoever's standing behind them. If the card says no, they're declined out loud, in public.

Arclo moves that conversation onto their phone. One text, every way to pay, gentlest options first, decided quietly in a chair instead of at a counter.

Arclo is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the providers named above; names identify the payment options practices already offer, which keep working exactly as they do today.

How it works

1

The front desk texts the treatment plan.

Ten seconds. Nothing to install.

2

The pet owner sees every way to pay.

Their existing card, payment plans, the practice's own arrangement. Gentlest options first, with the real total cost on everything we show.

3

A six-digit code at the desk, and the pet gets the care.

Practices also see how much recommended care was slipping away and what brought it back: a number most practices have never seen.

Every path gets Roxie the same care. Arclo is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Roxie's owner decides in a chair, not at the counter. If one option says no, the next is already on screen.

Bring what you've already got.

Arclo works with whatever you already offer: CareCredit, Scratchpay, your own in-house plans. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate.

We're forming a founding cohort of independent practices now.

Talk to us

Questions, answered plainly.

Is Arclo a lender?

No. Arclo is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Payment options are provided by participating providers and by practices themselves; terms and eligibility are theirs.

Does Arclo replace CareCredit or Scratchpay?

No. Arclo works alongside whatever a practice already offers. Existing options keep working exactly as they do today; Arclo puts them on one screen and records what happened.

What does the pet owner see?

Their treatment plan, itemized, and every way to pay it: pay today, an existing card, payment plans, or the practice's own arrangement, with the real total cost on everything shown.

What if a pet owner's card or application is declined?

The next payment option appears automatically. A decline doesn't end the visit. Every outcome is logged in the practice's monthly Care Acceptance report, separate from any credit reporting. If CareCredit is the one that didn't come through, we also have a public guide for pet owners: What to do when CareCredit is declined at the vet.

What does the practice get?

A monthly Care Acceptance report: recommended care, accepted care, care recovered after a first option said no, and care declined for financial reasons, measured as one connected set.

Where is Arclo available?
